All right. Hello everyone, and thank you all for continuing to join us throughout the day here at the Lytham Partners Fall 2026 Investor Conference. My name is Robert Blum, managing partner at Lytham. Up next, Lenny Sukowlo, chief executive officer of SKYX, will be taking us through the company's slide presentation. Lenny, thanks so much for your participation today. The floor is all yours. Doing great. Thank you very much, Robert. Appreciate it. Let me start with a video, give you an overview of our products, and then we can get into a brief presentation. SKYX Platforms. SKYX, the future is here. Advancing, simplifying, while saving time, cost, and lives. SKYX's technologies won seven CES awards and has nearly 100 U.S. and global patents and patent applications. Thomas Edison invented the light bulb that for many years was installed by twisting hazardous wires until inventing the Edison base that became the global standard in every home and building for billions of light bulbs. Billions of fixtures are installed annually while touching hazardous, dangerous wires and risking lives. SKYX has a goal to follow Edison's path, to become a U.S. and global standard in homes and buildings for billions of fixtures, including smart home, AI, lighting, and fans, to become plug-and-play, advancing their performance, making homes become safer and smart within seconds, while saving time, cost, and lives. Our Gen 3 SKYX All-In-One Smart Platform enhances your all-around lifestyle, making your home become smart and safe instantly. It includes the most advanced smart and safe features that are necessary for every home. The SKYX All-In-One Platform is fully integrated with an AI ecosystem. The Sky Platform installed safely and simply within minutes to the top center of your ceiling, blending inconspicuously with your decor. The Sky Platform is integrated with a backup power failure LED light. In the center of the Sky Platform is embedded the SkyOutlet, as approved by the National Electrical Code. SkyPlug lighting, fans, and accessories can connect with the click of a button to the Sky Platform. A series of Sky Platforms installed in a home could repeat Wi-Fi signal and play the same music throughout the house. In the event of a fire, the integrated smoke and CO2 sensor would make an alarming sound. The SkyHome app can easily control light intensity, motion detector, light color control, temperature and humidity monitoring, room-to-room intercom, control volume and music in each room. SKYX Platforms. SKYX showcases its advanced, safe, and fast install lighting technologies in a SpringHill Suites Marriott hotel renovation. First time installation into a standard electrical outlet box takes a minute. In hospitality renovations, every second counts. With SKYX, replacing or installing light fixtures takes just seconds, making it safe, easy, and cost-efficient. Traditional installation of lighting and exit signs takes a lengthy amount of time. Now, with SKYX's technology, an entire room takes only minutes to install. SKYX's installation system reduces significant time and cost while enhancing the safety of the hotel, its employees, and guests. SKYX delivers fast professional results for hotels and buildings, simplifying renovations, enhancing safety, while reducing costs and time. Design meets function. Mirrors with backlighting installed in seconds with SKYX. SkyPlug transforms maintenance. No wires, no delays. Simply plug, click, and you're done. SKYX, innovation, speed, safety. The future of hospitality starts here. Saving time, cutting costs, while maximizing safety and efficiency. SKYX's technology is approved by UL, NFPA, NEC, and by ANSI/NEMA. Introducing the SkyFan and Turbo Heater, a breakthrough in home comfort. Three-in-one comfort. Fan, heater, light. Good for all seasons. A powerful ceramic heater for cozy winters. A high-performance fan for cool, breezy summers. A soft LED light to set the perfect mood anytime. Installs simply in minutes with the SkyPlug system. No wires, no mess. The Sky heater chandelier, the only ceiling fixture you'll ever need. SkyFan and Turbo Heater. Well, thank you very much. I thought the video would give you a good overview of our products and some of the direction we're going in. We've recently announced a merger that we expect to close in the next few weeks with Deako. Part of this presentation will give you a little flavor for what that means for us. Just as an overview, our inventor, they have over 100 patents pending, and founder is Rani Kohen. My president is Steven M. Schmidt, former CEO of Nielsen and Office Depot, because we have a whole data play as part of our strategy, post-sale of products. Bob Nardelli, active advisor for us, former CEO of The Home Depot, Chrysler, and GE Power. He helped us with our relationship with The Home Depot that we sell into. Al Weiss, former president of Walt Disney Parks and Resorts. Also an active investor that he knows, understands the penetration we will have into hotels and commercial buildings, et cetera. Governor Tom Ridge, former two-time governor of Pennsylvania, former head of the Department of Homeland Security, is our lead director. I've been on the board with him for over 13 years. Lance Shaner owns 60 Marriotts, 20 Hiltons. Also an investor. That demo we did that you see in the video is one of his properties. We've also announced the full renovation of one of his Marriotts in Durham, North Carolina. Mark Earley is probably the most important and least famous here, and he is the former head of the National Electrical Code, which is responsible for all the electrical standards in the U.S. for buildings, hotels, nuclear plants, hospitals, et cetera. Eric Jacobson, former head of the American Lighting Association. These two gentlemen have signed our application for mandatory. We're already a code standard. We have 11 standard provisions in the code, but they both signed our mandatory application, we'll be mandated. I explained a little of that. Khadija Mustafa, former head of Global AI, says our Generation 3, which you saw, all-in-one platform is probably the best device, providing the best location for AI chip performance and efficiency, and others, including experts in the insurance industry. Why 100% of cars are smart while homes are not, over 90%. The main barrier is the time-consuming and the cost of making homes smart. This is the problem. Even a one-bedroom could take you days to synchronize the latency, working all in one platform, one device, is very complicated. Our Generation 3 is a 3-minute installation into a receptacle. Click, click, and you have all these products all in one working with our app, which has already been out working for almost three years. It provides not only great performance, but easy installation in one room or in a whole house, or in a whole commercial building. We provide a tremendous amount of features including ambient light, works with Amazon Alexa, Google, which we've been working with for several years already in our Generation 2. Motion sensors, the energy-saving mode, a 5G internet chip for backup, speaker, the home safety for fire, CO, emergency intercom, room-to-room intercom. This is all in one, in a few minutes to install. This is the problem with the location, even for a Wi-Fi extender. Most people put them on the side wall. By the time it gets to the other side of the room, they're really not effective. When you have anything in the center of a ceiling, you've got almost two to three times the range and speed. This is really what Khadija Mustafa was saying about the chip performance and AI aggregation of data, et cetera. With Deako, they basically have the same similar plug-and-play strategy. Together, we control about 90 outlets in a home. They have products just in the future being developed too, with the Ring doorbell and door locks, et cetera. All of these devices can be smart, synchronized, et cetera. Once we control basically all 90 outlets in an average home, we basically have a platform for making a home smart and safe easily. We'll integrate with any other smart companies. We already are. I'll show you. Both of us came up with the razor and blade model, plug and play. All these products we have are already in development or developed and in production, or we are selling already. With the Deako, these are all the builders we are touching, over 50 home builders. They get us into that channel to accelerate our penetration. Again, 90 junction boxes. Once you control these junction boxes, you are controlling home recurring revenues. Again, future AI services, subscriptions, monitoring, data aggregation, et cetera, is something that we will have and will control and own. A one-bedroom could take you minutes to install and make it smart, not days. A house could be hours, not weeks. A building or a hotel could be also days instead of months. These are all the technology companies we are already working with. Google Home assistant, Alarm.com, Control4, Matter, Amazon Alexa, et cetera. All of our products work together with that. Again, the home builders, including D.R. Horton and Toll Brothers, Stone Martin Builders, et cetera. We announced, of course, the smart city, and it was us that made this smart. It is 63 acres north of Wynwood, where Art Basel is in downtown Miami. There are two of these billionaire developers, they are also investors in SKYX. The patents we have talked about, over 100 pending. Our TAM is massive. Annually, it is a little over 400 installations in the U.S. alone. Our channels are B2C and B2B. They are very extensive. Ultimately, a lot of revenues from not only product sales, but royalties and licensing subscriptions. Last year, we finished the year at $92 million. We have announced 10 quarters comparable, quarter-over-quarter growth. We have announced not only the smart city, but two projects in Texas, the North Carolina hotel, a North Carolina smart home community, Pittsburgh, New York community. A collaboration we are working with Saudi Arabia and Egypt. We announced a developer for commercial and hotels in Europe. They are also acting as an agent, non-exclusive, to get us into other projects. We are already doing a renovation in one of their hotels in France, the Hotel Grand-Métis hotel. Also, we have a hotel with an Accor chain. A-C-C-O-R. It is kind of like a Hyatt or a Hilton or a Marriott, and that is in Prague, in the Czech Republic. Our products work in 110, 220. Deako already has 32 million of their units sold. They are in about 350,000 homes already. They also have a manufacturing footprint similar to ours in about four countries, so they have a reliable product chain of manufacturing. Approximately 17 patents, U.S. and international, and a very high customer satisfaction rate. Together, we have got about 120 patents. We basically sell to the same channels, and we can get them into our commercial channels. We have the ability to probably sell five times more of our products into their channel on a dollar basis. $1 of their sales could translate into about $5 of our sales. So we have a huge leverage platform. Combining our accounting and technology teams makes it a smart deal. This is how their device works, their connector. We also think we could improve what they do and expand it with our own patents. The builders and developers have adopted us because we have saved them 90% of the time and money. The regulators have backed us because we save lives. It is all about creating a standard, which was like the wall outlet from 120 years ago. The Edison bulb, which never became a standard until they created the Edison base to screw it in. In the mid-1980s, this became mandatory, this GFCI, because people were dying in wet areas. In 1991, the air dryers had to put this plug at the end because people were also getting burned and injured and dying deaths in bathrooms, bathtubs, et cetera. Then we come along, Rani, our inventor. We've been to the moon, and we hadn't solved this problem. Then Rani comes up with this solution. It's safe. It's a double-locking mechanism. It holds 200 pounds twice, actually, and this junction box is only coded for 50 pounds. So the regulator's all about standardization, which creates safety. We solved this problem. I think everyone understands that. We're already now in 10 segments of the electrical code. We're already in ANSI and NEMA standard, which is for commercial buildings. Like rebar and concrete, we're a standard. After 120 years, they've changed the definition of receptacle, not only to include this wall outlet that became mandatory in the early 1900s, but our outlet. They've also given us a generic name, just like they gave the name for GFCI, ground fault circuit interrupter, for kitchens and bathrooms. They've given us the name weight-supporting ceiling receptacle. That's done. That's codified. The reason why the regulators have done this is because the civilian deaths. Again, the builders and developers are doing this because it saves them 90% of the time and money. That's happening now. The regulators are on the verge of making this mandatory because of the deaths a year. Their own data shows at least 400 or 500 deaths from lighting fixtures being put in wrong. Ladder falls are even more extensive. This is why they're doing it. We've already signed that application for mandatory. Once it's mandatory, we'll be given that we have to provide a license for a fair royalty on a non-discriminatory basis just for our basic plug and receptacle. Again, our patents control both sides, but I know that once the receptacle is in, anything that plugs into it is either something we've produced and sold or something we've licensed. I kind of say all roads lead to Rome. Again, the TAM is huge. The applications are huge, vast when you start counting. Most people don't even focus on that. Our whole line of products is out there in production or being sold. Deako is extremely complimentary, and we get a lot of leverage from what they've done with the home builders. That's a basic overview, and always happy to follow up with more questions. Any people that wanted to speak with me on one-on-one basis, I'm sure Robert Blum could arrange that accordingly.
