2.2 Summary 1.Consolidated results①Daiseki Eco. Solution and Daiseki MCR exceeded the forecasts, and including Daiseki, profits increased YoY, resulting in record highs for both net sales and profits. 2.Group companies results➀Although Daiseki’s operating profit fell short of the forecast due to an increase in SG&A expenses, net sales increased 5.4% and operating profit increased 11.5% YoY driven by an increase in wastewater from the semiconductor, electronics and other industries.②Daiseki Eco. Solution maintained a high consulting sales ratio with direct orders from clients at 52.7%, which improved profit margins, and both net sales and profits significantly exceeded the forecasts.③Daiseki MCR’s gross profit margin improved due to the impact of price revisions, and both net sales and profits exceeded the forecasts.④System Kikou fell significantly short of the forecasts in both net sales and profits as national oil reserve tank cleaning projects were pushed back due to the situation in the Middle East.
