1.2 Summary 1.Group companies results①Daiseki(parent) achieved record highs in net sales, ordinary profit and net income although slightly short of the forecast, due to aggressivelyacquisition of wastewater as a raw material for recycled fuels (supplemental fuels), despite sluggish growth in the indices of industrial production.②Daiseki Eco.Solution exceeded the forecasts in both net sales and profits, partly due to the influence of large-scale projects won in the previous fiscal year.③Daiseki MCR achieved record high in net sales due to stable factory operations, while profits slightly fell short of the forecasts due to factors such as lead market prices and exchange rates.④System kikou’s net sales and profits fell short of the forecasts due to some construction projects scheduled for completion in 1Q were brought forward to the previous period and some were pushed back to 2Q.2.Consolidated results①Consolidated net sales achieved record high slightly exceeded the forecast, but consolidated profits fell short of the forecasts reflecting the performance of individual companies.3.ESG, Return to shareholders, etc.①Purchased 800,000 treasury shares for JPY2,947mn from April to May 2025.②In June 2025, Daiseki concluded a comprehensive partnership agreement with Shinshiro City and commenced demonstration tests for ammonia recovery from livestock farming, among other initiatives.
