4Q-2025 Results Feb. 10, 2026 SUMCO CORPORATION 2-3. Market Environment ■ 4Q-2025 Volume - The recovery trend for 300 mm wafers continued throughout the year. - Shipments remained slow for 200 mm wafers. Pricing - Long-term contract prices were honored for both 300mm and 200mm wafers. ■ 1Q-2026 Forecast Volume - 300 mm wafer outlook remains favorable for leading-edge products, driven by AI. Even as demand recovery lags for legacy products, moves by customers to speed up their inventory drawdown are seen. - Demand growth related to AI data centers is seen for 200 mm wafers. Pricing - Long-term contract prices are being maintained for both 300mm and 200mm wafers. ■ Outlook The semiconductor market will see continued strong growth for AI use, and gradual recovery for other than AI. The silicon wafer market is expected to see strong demand for 300 mm products for leading-edge logic and DRAM in AI data centers, with an uptick in demand for NAND projected ahead. As for legacy products, we anticipate that customers will plan to conduct full-scale inventory drawdown and adjust their purchase volumes accordingly. Regarding wafers of 200 mm and smaller, while some demand growth is seen in the AI data center field, the current demand scale is expected to continue due to the shift to 300 mm and geopolitical impacts. 9 4Q-2025 Results Feb. 10, 2026 SUMCO CORPORATION 800 650 0 200 400 600 800 1,000 Jan.
