25 Note: * - Ind AS 116 requires lessees to record a right-of-use (RoU) asset and a lease liability when a lease begins. A ROU asset is initially measured at fair value, which includes the lease liability, lease payments, initial direct costs, and estimated restoration costs. The asset is then adjusted for accumulated depreciation. The lease liability is also adjusted for changes in lease terms, payments, or discount rates. The costs here are net of all such considerations.
