The unaudited consolidated financial results include the interim financial information of two wholly-owned subsidiaries which have not been reviewed by their auditors, whose interim financial information reflects total revenue of ~ 34.38 crores for the quarter ended June 30,2025, total net loss after tax of ~ 3.96 crores for the quarter ended June 30,2025 and Total comprehensive loss of ~ 3.96 crores for the quarter ended June 30, 2025 as considered in the Statement.
