Store RolloutOctober 2026: Baia Mare hyper store scheduled to open in Romania.2027: further openings planned in Romania and Cyprus.Greece: four stores in preparation, with openings expected in 2028.Bulgaria: one additional hyper store within the next two years.Romania: the objective of doubling the total number of stores over the next decade remains. Pop-up stores: The Group will develop smaller pop-up stores with a targeted product range in high footfall and tourist areas. FranchiseOur franchise partners currently operate 48 stores across 7 countries.(Albania, Kosovo, Serbia, North Macedonia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro and Israel)• Existing partners will expand both within their current markets and into new territories.BALFIN: The first store in Moldova is expected to open in 2026. Strategic Investments• Significant investments in cybersecurity, AI tools, and ERP system modernization• Infrastructure strengthening is a key strategic priority. In this context, Jumbo has pre-agreed the acquisition of a 60.000 sqm Giga distribution center in Romania to optimize local supply. In addition, one new distribution center is under development:Thessaloniki: 50,000 sq. m center expected to be completed in 2027.Oinofyta: implementation timing under reassessment.
