SDI Group plc ( " SDI " , the " Company " , or the " Group " ) AGM Trading Update 23 September 2026 - SDI Group plc , the buy and build group , focused on companies which design and manufacture specialist lab equipment , industrial & scientific sensors and industrial & scientific products , provides an update on trading for the current financial year ( " FY27 " ) ahead of today's Annual General Meeting ( " AGM " ) . As noted at the final results , the Company saw strong momentum moving into the current financial year , with good organic growth driven by strong contributions from recent additions to the portfolio . As a result , SDI reaffirms that it expects to deliver full year results in line with market expectations * . SDI remains focused on delivering both organic and inorganic growth . Its decentralised model pairs Group- level financial and strategic support with genuine autonomy for its portfolio businesses .
