Following the conclusion of its Strategic Review , LCM is in an orderly run - off : its existing portfolio of case investments will be managed to conclusion , no new investments will be made , and cash realised from the portfolio will be applied towards repayment of its debt facility . The Group recorded a net loss after tax of A $ 165.7 million ( FY25 : net loss of A $ 72.9 million ) and reports negative net assets of A $ 53.6 million at 30 June 2026. The Strategic Review launched during the year did not result in a transaction . The Board has since agreed a long - term amendment to the Group's debt facility with Northleaf , and LCM has moved into run - off : the existing portfolio of case investments will be managed to conclusion , no new investments will be made , and cash realised from the portfolio will be applied to repayment of the facility .
