PRESS RELEASE ✓ ECOENER ECOENER EXCEEDS 1,000 MW IN ASSETS AND INCREASES EBITDA BY 53 % • • • • • The firm has reached 1,015 megawatts of assets in operation and under construction , nearly four times its capacity when floated on the Stock Exchange in 2021 . EBITDA grew by 53 % to 29.9 million euros . Margins increased by eight points , in the first half of 2026 . Revenue increased by 29 % , to 54.2 million euros , driven by record energy generation levels of 612 GWh . International business makes up 79 % of the company's revenue and 87 % of energy sales come from PPAs or regulated mechanisms . La Coruña , 29 September 2026.- Ecoener has scaled new peaks in operations and financial results , going beyond 1 GW of its capacity for assets in operation and under construction and a 53 % increase in EBITDA , reaching 29.9 million euros in the first half of 2026 . The EBITDA margin stood at 55 % , eight points higher than in the same period last year , thanks to increased investments in recent years . The company recently commenced construction of two new 200 MW photovoltaic plants in Guatemala , breaking the gigawatt barrier in operation and under construction , which is now 1,015 MW . In the first half of the year , the company reached record breaking energy generation levels of 612 GWh ( + 51 % ) , thanks to added power from the seven photovoltaic plants brought into commercial operation between the end of 2025 and early 2026 in the Dominican Republic , Colombia and Guatemala .
