Our market entry strategy is the result of a rigorous assessment, focusing on key criteria such as partnership strength, favourable regulatory environments, and commercial demand. This has allowed us to strategically prioritise regions that meet these criteria. Priority Strategic Market Early Adopter Sustainability Leadership Favourable Policy Environment Strong Commercial Demand Strategic Partnerships P1 Asia (SG, South Korea, HK, etc) P2 Middle East P3 Australia1 P4 Europe P5 USA2 1 Australia offers a favourable and increasingly supportive policy environment for BIPV, particularly through its inclusion in the Large-scale Renewable Energy Target (LRET). While BIPV is not yet specifically incentivised, systems over 100 kW—typical of high-rise applications—are eligible to generate Large-scale Generation Certificates (LGCs), providing a financial return for renewable electricity produced. This, combined with a strong national emphasis on energy efficiency and decarbonisation, makes Australia a valuable market. Our status as an Australian company offers a strategic advantage by reducing regulatory complexity and leveraging local networks to support long-term growth. As such, Australia is positioned as Priority 3—a strategic, lower-risk market ideal for technology validation and scalable expansion. 2 The USA is a strategic, high-potential market that we are pursuing opportunistically. While the 30% Investment Tax Credit creates immense value for individual projects, the accelerated expiry of this incentive by the end of 2025 introduces a time-sensitive execution risk. In response, we have streamlined our operations in the USA, maintaining a lean presence while monitoring policy developments. This focused approach allows us to preserve optionality and remain well positioned for strategic projects in the region. Focused Market Entry
