OMV Q3/26 Trading Update – October 9, 2026 2 Additional Information Energy Despite slightly increased production levels in the Middle East, no liftings took place in Q3/26. This resulted in an increased underlift position, which is expected to be recovered through future liftings. Hydrocarbon sales volumes were in addition negatively impacted by lifting schedules in other countries compared to Q2/26, leading to an expected EUR 100 mn headwind to the clean Operating Result in Q3/26. Fuels The contribution from ADNOC Refining & ADNOC Global Trading, accounted for as OMV’s share of clean CCS net income of the at-equity consolidated companies, is expected to substantially increase in Q3/26 compared to Q2/26, mainly driven by higher refinery utilization in a strong refining margin environment. In Q3/26, retail and commercial margins are expected to be significantly lower compared to Q2/26. Chemicals In Q3/26, the clean Operating Result of the Chemicals segment is expected to be materially lower than in Q2/26, primarily driven by a substantially weaker market environment for Borouge International across all regions. The purchase of certificates under Germany’s Fuel Emissions Trading Act (BEHG) is expected to result in cash outflows of around EUR 200 mn in Q3/26, while these were typically acquired in Q4 in previous years. We expect a small negative cash impact from net working capital in Q3/26.

OMV Q3/26 Trading Update – October 9, 2026 3 Other At Group level, solidarity contributions in Austria and Romania are expected to have a total negative impact between EUR 150 mn and EUR 200 mn on the reported net income in Q3/26. Please note that these are recorded as special items and thus do not impact clean Operating Result or clean net income. Most of these impacts will be cash effective in 2027.
